Although the manufacturer lists this item as top-rack dishwasher safe for home dishwashers as long as harsh detergents are not used, we recommend to never wash glassware with logos in a dishwasher. These are brand new glasses and have never been used.  Because we buy in bulk packaging, they do not come individually boxed in retail packaging.  We ship the glasses hand wrapped in paper, foam or bubble wrap and usually surrounded by other packing material inside the shipping box. The more glasses you buy, the cheaper the shipping cost is per glass.
